Maesabun

Maesabun is a burial complex in Sundered Scar that contains a strange mishmash of cultures.

To reach the entrance, follow the road running east to west through Sundered Scar, until you reach the Daedric ruin of Teknilashashulpi. Maesabun is directly northeast of the easternmost part of the ruin, on the north side of the road.

The location is sprawling, if light on enemies. The presence of Dwemer architecture and mummies suggest an old Dwemer burial site, but matters are confused by the presence of Ashlander equipment, such as bugbowls. The Obalus Burial comprises the initial area, with doors leading to the Hollow Burial and Sunken Burial. Entrances from these areas lead to the Elu Burial. The unique Spear of Ashamubdul can be found in this section, clasped in the hands of a mummy, which will awaken and attack if the spear is taken.

Doors from the Elu Burial lead to further parts of the Hollow Burial, where urns more usually associated with Velothi burial traditions can be found.
