Quick Walkthrough

1. Ask to Lloris Dalan for duties.
2. Convince Cirtiel to not use the Tribunal's name in vain.
3. Talk to Hastophos Velifer, discouraging him from practicing necromancy.
4. Talk to someone at the Barristers guild.
5. Talk to the Burgrave Caros Cocceius.
6. Talk to Nerasa Veran and get necromancy outlawed.
7. Return to Lloris.

However, he also admits that he doesn't know enough about the issue of necromancy to really form a strong opinion. The Order of Inquisition is even investigating her for heresy.
