2. Offer a Racer Plume to the shrine.

Detailed Walkthrough

Leave Akamora to the south and follow the road until it bends east. At the bend, leave the road and head south, slashing your way through the grass. Look out for the Kodasha Egg Mine; from its entrance, head west again, and climb a hillside to your left. The shrine itself is located in a small exterior rocky cave at the end of the path.

In order to complete the pilgrimage, you must have a Racer Plume in your inventory while activating the shrine.
