Quest Link[edit]

OK, I'm stuck. Can someone give me a shove in the right direction? How do I link the name of the quest to it's page so that the description there (on the quest page) is shown here (in the table)? i.e. so that I get Bounty on Jalian - Collect the bounty on a Redguard bandit. I know it works somehow... - Aelina 09:49, 30 January 2009 (EST)

Use the Quest Link template: (remove the "code" and "nowiki" HTML tags)
  • {{Quest Link|Tamriel Rebuilt/Bounty on Jalian}}

Actually, hold up on that - just realized the template needs to be fixed to work in TR sub-space without requiring the quest-name to be typed twice every time - let's see about this... --TheRealLurlock Talk 13:21, 30 January 2009 (EST)
Well, that is probably the answer to the question I just tried to post - you were quicker. Let me know when you've seen about it and I'll give it another go. - Aelina 13:33, 30 January 2009 (EST)
Okay, I made it work, and you don't have to type the "Tamriel Rebuilt/" part now, but you have to add a parameter to the template for it to work on TR pages:
  • {{Quest Link|Bounty on Jalian|game=TR}}
I've already done it for this page, but if you add any quest links to Place or NPC pages, you can now use this format. --TheRealLurlock Talk 13:45, 30 January 2009 (EST)
Well, since Rpeh fixed it better than I did, ignore what I just said - the "game=TR" thing is no longer necessary. Simply type the following:
  • {{Quest Link|Bounty on Jalian}}
Just like on any other namespace. --TheRealLurlock Talk 17:34, 30 January 2009 (EST)
Sooo..., that only took two days. I'll get the hang of it soon. My character is neither a member of House Telvanni nor the Temple, so I don't know the quest-givers or locations (guessed for the Telvanni, but please correct me if I'm wrong). The quests still need to be put in chronological order, don't know why the inner lines aren't showing in the Fighter's Guild table, and I'm still working on the best way to do the misc. quests. Oh, and the "Herne's Soul" quests need to be straightened out - the Mages' Guild wants you to deliver it, then the Thieves' Guild wants you to steal it, which I haven't yet managaed to do, so I don't what if anything happens after that. Anyone? - Aelina 08:29, 31 January 2009 (EST)

Mages Guild - Joslin Stoines' Quests[edit]

Are the descriptions for Joslin Stoinles' two quests the wrong way around? Or is it the journal entries? Something doesn't seem quite right. --Gaebrial 08:49, 24 March 2009 (EDT)

The quest entries are definitely right for those quest names, but I've never played those two through so I don't feel confident enough to change anything. I see what you mean though. –RpehTCE 10:28, 24 March 2009 (EDT)

A project[edit]

Okay, I am going to try and tackle the quest walkthroughs for this section. I should be able to do the quick walkthroughs okay, and I will give the detailed walkthroughs my best shot, but if I at least start them otheres can correct and elaborate. Also, I shall try and add any images still to be done (not that there's many left to do). Wish me luck, and please do keep me right - I will always listen to suggestions and constructive criticism. —Daniellibus ETC 19:55, 23 October 2009 (UTC)

New Sacred East Quests[edit]

Added in the listings for all the new quests added by the latest release today. I'm pretty new at this, so apologies if I got any styling bits wrong, but all the quest titles etc are correct and from an in-project source –Cathartis 21:15, 06 June 2012 (BST)

small settlement quests in their own section, or wilderness?[edit]

"Save a Prayer" is in Evos, not Sailen. Should Evos have its section just for that — Unsigned comment by Uresmane (talkcontribs) at 08:40 on 7 July 2013

Quest not listed, called FLIN GALORE![edit]

I just received a quest from Lorus Avius who is one of the East Empire Company quest-givers. I don't know if it's an EEC quest, or a Miscellaneous quest, but it's not listed on UESP anywhere that I can find. The quest is called "Flin Galore!" in the Jounal and doesn't have an EEC prefix. It starts out by sending the player to find Merro Galvix, who is missing while on an assignment of his own.
