Tribunal talk:Museum Artifact Prices

Is it just me, or is this article a worthless orphan? Can we merge or delete it somehow, please? It's bugging me... Somercy 11:38, 4 June 2007 (EDT)

If you would like to merge it somewhere or clean it up, by all means do. Or if you can show that all of the information on the page is already covered somewhere else, then put that information in the delete tag. But I don't believe that articles should be deleted just because they're orphans; in most cases orphans just need to have some appropriate links added to the articles. And if information in the article needs to be merged somewhere else, that has to be done before the page can be proposed for deletion. Yes, it takes more work than just hitting the delete button, but it's also the only way to make sure that useful information doesn't get deleted. --Nephele^Talk 11:46, 4 June 2007 (EDT)

Personally, I think there might be potential for cleanup, or expansion into a museum info page. But all this page is currently saying is "the museum will pay half the item's value." Seriously, for all the items, that's all that's said, and since the article is "Artifact Prices," that's all it can say. I take an Occam's Razor view of things, and this is not nessecary in any way. Moving the article to a name like "Museum of Artifacts" and then expanding it is definitely an option. In terms of wiki copyrights and respecting editors' contributions, moving an article to a better name is always far better than deleting the article then starting a new article from scratch. --Nephele^Talk 12:14, 4 June 2007 (EDT)
