Documenting dialogue for each artifact for the museum

Some time ago, I made a table of her dialogue lines for each artifact that be donated to the museum, with column titles still TBA. I've been trying to see if there's some sort of shortcut for documenting them, but I've been running into some issues:

• Sometimes, she has different dialogue for offering to buy an artifact if Tribunal:The Blade of Nerevar is active, e.g. Fang of Haynekhtnamet, Ice Blade of the Monarch. However, there are a lot of artifacts where the offer text doesn't change, e.g. Lord's Mail.
• Usually, the text for donating an artifact for Blade of Nerevar is same as the text for selling it. Sometimes, however, there is a difference, e.g. Goldbrand.
• If you offer to sell an artifact but don't actually have it, she pretty much always responds with, "You don't have the [artifact name] with you? Then come back with it, and we'll settle the deal"...except for BiPolar Blade, in which case she just says "the blade" in place of the name of the artifact.
• If you give the museum an artifact, steal it, then ask her about it, her responses are ever so slightly different. They follow the same structure: she demands to know how you got it, proclaims it belongs to the museum, and then calls the guards, but her specific wording and even number of exclamations varies.
