According to our ally, one of the component we need for the ritual is a mixture of the blood of Mer, the more kinds, the better. I have received word that a caravan from Riften with members of all elven races is going to pass through Hjaalmarch. Abduct them and take samples of their blood. After it is done, don't kill them immediately. Their souls will feed the next harrowstorm. Take one of the scions and wait for further orders.

These idiot Nords don't know that they have an army below their feet. If that army can fight for us, we will be invincible. But there's much to do yet. Aside from the blood, we need a strong magical artifact suitable to channel dominating energy through it. What's better that trinkets that once belonged to Dragon Priests? Our ally provided three names: Morokei, Vokun, and Volsung. If we can find their staves, amulets, rings, or the like, I'm sure that will be more than enough for the ritual.
