Welcome to UESPWiki! Thanks for your interest in helping out with the Oblivion Places Redesign Project, and adding a walkthrough to Fort Linchal. You might find it easier to focus on the dungeons that already have updated maps, since it's easier to describe what you're talking about if you can refer to the map, and it's easier to fill in extra details of the traps and doors when you can see which one is which. Most of the places at Oblivion Places Redesign Pages Needing Cleanup have updated maps. And if a place you're interested in doesn't have a map yet, you might want to wait a week because the maps will probably appear pretty soon.
