To find a glass helm that is not enchanted you must get the shivering isles download. after you do that you must do the mission where you light the fire for the city. the king sends you to some ruins. when you get there talk with the gold lady, she gives you the key to the door she is next to. go in the door and you will find a barrel to the left. In side is the glass helm. (Note: you must be at least level 20 to get it)

Also, the glass helmet you found in the Underdeep of Cylarne, is just random loot. That means other players may not find a glass helmet in that specific chest. See Cylarne's page for more info on all chests found there. -- LordDagon 01:45, 28 August 2008 (EDT)
