Mikhail the Lost is a skeleton found inside the Skyreach Catacombs. A note found at the entrance of the catacombs suggests he was a Scaled Court member before being killed and becoming undead. He is an optional boss and bears no relevance to the quest Souls of the Betrayed.
Mikhail is located just north of the entrance. From the first chamber, head north, then take a left at the end of the hallway, and you'll reach Mikhail.

- When his textures aren't fully loaded in, Mikhail appears to be wearing a Dragon Priest mask. ?
