I'd trade my entire estate if it meant the plague would release its hold on my wife."

After Bad Medicine:

"The Maulborn curative was a lie? Then that means there's no hope for my wife. No hope at all."

After Quest For the Cure:

"You were the one? The one that helped the alchemist? Oh, thank you!
My wife hasn't been cured, but at least the plague won't continue to get worse as long as the suppressant holds out."
