Reward: The Sage
ID: TR_m2_He_LearnedReader

Quick Walkthrough[edit]

  1. Talk to Finds-Men at the East Empire Company Headquarters
  2. Talk to Enhuldur to learn of three books that might be what you're looking for
  3. Buy (or steal) at least one of the books
  4. Return to Finds-Men with the book

Detailed Walkthrough[edit]

A Learned Reader[edit]

Inside the East Empire Company Headquarters, talk to the Argonian Finds-Men to learn that he is in search of a good book to read, and that the selection of books in Helnim is not as broad as he is used to from Cyrodiil. He tasks you to visit the local book seller, Enhuldur, and see if you can find any good book for him to read.

The Rookery[edit]

Enhuldur's shop can be found at the western wall of Helnim. If you speak to Helnim about "a good book", he will mention three books that might be interesting for your client: The Arrowshot Woman, Murudius and The Necklace. Buy (or steal) any of these and leave the shop.

Return to Finds-Men[edit]

With the book in your inventory, return to the East Empire Company Headquarters and talk to Finds-Men again. If you have one of the suggested books in your inventory, you can give it to him. If you have more than one, you can chose which one to give him. His reaction and your reward depend on the book you chose: If you gave him The Arrowshot Woman, he will say that he has already read this book, and you can keep the change as reward for your errand. If you chose The Necklace, he will be more content, but you also only get to keep the change as a reward. If, however, you give him a copy of Murudius, he will be very pleased with your choice and present you with a book of his own, "The Sage".
