Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Mithas Vemyn in Andar Mok on the 'Background' topic, with his disposition above 60.
2. Speak to the beggar, Nileno Dralara, outside Helnim's Chapel of Kynareth.
3. Escort Nileno back to Andar Mok. It's quite some way to the east.
4. Talk to Mithras on reaching Andar Mok with Nileno for your reward.
