Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Zaren Hammebenat in the Firewatch company hall about a package delivery.
2. Travel to Tel Mothrivra and speak to Hlavesa Llenim.
3. (Optional) Speak to Seris Athyon for a Cure Common Disease potion.
4. Cure Hlavesa's guar.
5. Pay 50 gold for the package, or 40 gold with 60+ Mercantile.
6. Deliver Zaren's Package to Zaren Hammebenat.

Detailed Walkthrough

The Factor of the East Empire Company in Firewatch, Zaren Hammebenat, wishes for you to collect a package for him from Tel Mothrivra, giving you 50 gold to help pay for it. Unless you walk however, this will not cover the trip's considerable travel expenses. To minimise costs, take the guild guide to Helnim and strike out directly east across the Telvanni peninsula. Tel Mothrivra lies on the eastern side of this peninsula, on the shores of Lake Boethiah. If you're flush with gold however, an example of the average convoluted fast travel route would be: Firewatch > Nivalis > Bal Oyra > Tel Ouada by boat, then Tel Ouada > Llothanis > Alt Bosara > Tel Mothrivra by river strider.

Once at Tel Mothrivra, enter The Glass Goblet and talk to Hlavesa Llenim in his room. He doesn't quite trust that you are who you say you are, and asks therefore that you do something to make the risk of passing a package on to a stranger worth it. He wants you to cure his guar. You can either supply him with a Cure Common Disease potion from your inventory immediately, or agree to speak to Seris Athyon, a local storekeeper. You can also use a spell to cure the disease on the guar outside The Glass Goblet, if you have one.

Speak to Seris about a potion for a sick guar (or just buy the cure common disease potion from the barter menu). If you tell her that your purchase is on behalf of Hlavesa, she will become indignant - you'll need to stress that this for a delivery rather than anything else, and she'll supply it for 15 gold. Return with the potion to Hlavesa. He'll now agree to discuss the package delivery, demanding 50 gold for the package. You can successfully get the price down to 40 gold with 60+ Mercantile. Otherwise, you'll need to pay full whack.

Return now to Zaren Hammebenat in Firewatch with his package - a Divine Intervention spell will take you straight from Tel Mothrivra to Helnim, so may be worth doing to cut short the return journey. You have the option of opening the package to reveal a pair of fine pants, but this will require you to lie about how it happened to Zaren Hammebenat, and is not worth the hassle - a lie that will only hold up with 65+ Speechcraft, or by blaming Hlavesa. Assuming however that the package remains unopened, or its opening is properly explained, Zaren will reward you with a bottle of Cyrodiilic Brandy.
