Lord Rathine Morgal is a well-camouflaged Dremora Lord found strangely enough within the sewers of Old Ebonheart. He holds the artifact Staff of the Typos Sophia.

While he lacks a quest or any dialogue at present, Lord Rathine is tentatively planned for inclusion in a proposed Shadow Legion questline.
