Mandaran

Mandaran is a marauder-infested stronghold that has been troubling trade in the Inner Sea.

It lies upon the Dagon Urul coastline between Firewatch and Helnim, a little to the southeast of the Daedric ruin of Kannidamarus. Land Dreugh stalk the coastline just below its ramparts. Inside, several bandits await, including one Gamras Silni - the leader of the band and the target of a Firewatch Fighters Guild quest.

The Propylon inside the chamber is active, while Mandaran's propylon index can be found in the Velothi tower of Shularon, atop a copy of the book, Liminal Bridges.

The Security skillbook, Chance's Folly, can be found on a round table in the upper level, near a fireplace.
