Mengada-Ngada is a tiny cave on an island northwest of the mainland, containing muskflies.
The island on which the cave is situated is in the middle of the Sea of Ghosts. Travel on a straight line from Bahrammu towards Dagon Fel and the island will be found, closer to Vvardenfell than to Bahrammu.
Inside the cave are six muskflies guarding a minor cache of ingredients: a diamond, an emerald and some lloramor spines.

- As of the 22.11 release of the mod towards the end of 2022, this location and the island it sat on have been removed.
