Wretched Spire

Wretched Spire is a hidden settlement in the Deadlands, inhabited by mortals and Daedra. It was once a part of Old Mournhold that was ripped from Tamriel by Mehrunes Dagon in the First Era. However, the strange passage of time in the Deadlands meant that only a few decades have passed since this event, and the town's inhabitants include those Dunmer who were ripped from Mournhold over 600 years ago.
