Cathay-raht are a sub-species of Khajiit born under a waxing Masser and Secunda.

In-Game Description The Cathay-raht are a subspecies of the Khajiit of Elsweyr, sometimes called "jaguar men". Born under a waxing Masser and Secunda, they are larger and stronger than Suthay. Khajiit of all breeds have a weakness for sweets, especially the drug known as skooma. While most Khajiit disdain weapons in favor of their natural claws, the Cathay-raht are skilled in the use of long blades. They make excellent thieves due to their natural agility and unmatched acrobatics ability.
