Cat's Eye Quay

Cat's Eye Quay is a dockyard northeast of Mistral. It has recently been nearly completely destroyed by a storm. All that remains are a few despairing residents and a lot of wreckage. However, as part of a quest to foil a plot to summon another storm, Cat's Eye Quay will become populated with hostile Maormer. Afterwards, the Prowler will dock here, ready to transport you to Auridon.
